Moose and Calf 3D Postcard
Lenticular Postcard
Moose, called "elk" in Europe and Asia, are the largest species of the deer family. They live in the temperate and boreal forests of Canada, Alaska and New England. Mating occurs in September and October. In May or June, females give birth to a calf, or twins if food is plentiful. Newborns have a reddish hue. Young stay with the mother until just before the mother's next birth.
